Read messages

Read a new message

When your phone receives a new text message, 1 New Message

appears on the display.

1. Press to choose Select.

The message appears on the display.

Read stored messages

Note: If Inbox is one of your Shortcut settings, simply press

and go to Step 4.

1. Press to select Menu.

2. Press to select Message.

3. Press to highlight Inbox, and then select OK.

4. Press to highlight a message, and then select OK.

Unopened messages are marked with .

Opened messages are marked with .

5. If you wish to process the message, press to select

Option, and then press to highlight Delete, Text

Reply, Forward, Edit, Dial Back (to call) or Extract (to move

the number to your phonebook).

Find sent or unsent messages or drafts

You can forward, edit, delete, call or extract unsent messages

and drafts.

1. Press to select Menu.

2. Press to select Message.

3. Press to highlight one type of message:

• Successfully sent messages: Highlight Outbox.

• Unsuccessfully sent messages: Highlight Sent Fail

Box.

• Unsent drafted messages: Highlight Draftbox.

4. Press to select OK.
